Players can score fantasy points for your squad each round, based on their performance metrics. The player must be in your run-on 17 players squad (or be subbed into the game) to be eligible to score points towards the H2H match.
Points scoring options are divided into Core and Optional methods as defined below. Optional scoring methods are enabled during competition creation.
Points are configurable by the competition manager during setup, but we recommend the following values for most engaging gameplay.
Core Points Scoring
These options are permanently enabled by the game model. It is possible to set a scoring option to zero to disable any particular scoring method though. Recommended scoring values are shown.
Points per Try – 4 pts
Points per Try Assist – 2 pts
Points per Goal – 2 pts (nominated kickers only)
Points per Field Goal – 1 pt (any player)
Impact Plays
These are optional to enable, and apply to every player eligible to score points. Recommended scoring values are shown.
Points per Line Break – 1 pt
Points per Line Break Assist – 1 pt
Points per 40/20 (& 20/40) Kick – 2 pts
Points per every 5 tackle breaks – 1 pt (max 3 pts)
Forwards Effort Bonus
These are optional but recommended to enable. They apply to every player eligible to score points in a position classed as a Forward. This includes bench forwards.
Two modes are available
Basic Mode – A bonus 4 pts is awarded to the forward player if total of Runs, Tackles & Offloads > 42 in one game. There is no limit on how the points combination arises from each statistic.
Eg. 11 runs + 30 tackles + 3 offloads = 44 = FEB achieved
Advanced Mode – Set your metrics manually to apply only to forward players.
Points per every 10 Runs – 1 pt
Point per every 2 Offloads – 1 pt
Points per every 10 Tackles made – 1pt
Progress scores are displayed mid round so you can track your teams progress on the H2H match results page.
Note that scores are subject to change, after finalisation of results 24 hours post round.
